As the designer and creative strategist behind Post Malone’s “Austin” digital hub, I developed an immersive, centralized platform for the album rollout that extended the story of Austin while driving music streams, sales, and fan engagement. The site unified Post Malone’s worlds of music, merch, and lifestyle into a cohesive digital experience, blending strong visual identity with interactive storytelling. Each activation, from Posty’s Poolside Sprint, which brought the album’s cover visuals to life through an interactive competition that let fans race to the top of the leaderboard while streaming the album, to Desert Drift, which continued the visual storytelling, deepened audience connection through narrative design. To build community and encourage UGC, we launched Posty Notes, a fan wall where listeners could leave messages for Post Malone. Additionally, I created a Discord fan sign-up, bringing his audience cross-platform to foster ongoing engagement beyond the campaign. I also integrated seamless merch shopping to drive store traffic and conversions. Together, these elements transformed the campaign into a living, evolving brand ecosystem that kept fans immersed in Post Malone’s universe long after release.

To capture data ahead of Post Malone’s next release, F-1 Trillion, I designed a “forever pre-save” experience where fans could opt in once to automatically pre-save all future Post Malone releases. This streamlined fan onboarding, strengthened data collection, and ensured sustained engagement across album cycles.
