katy perry

I designed a livestream microsite for Katy Perry’s Live in Rio performance to give fans a vibrant, participatory way to experience the show from anywhere in the world. Fans could sign up via email or DSP logins, chat in real time using custom Katy Perry emojis, and watch the YouTube stream embedded directly within the site. A hashtag-driven social gallery displayed fan posts as they happened, creating a sense of shared excitement and community. Merch was integrated seamlessly, allowing fans to shop directly without leaving the experience. The design embraced the futuristic aesthetic of 143, with bold visuals, animated accents, and dynamic layouts that marked the beginning of Katy’s new image. Given her massive global fanbase, the microsite provided an engaging way for audiences who couldn’t attend in person to participate in her first live performance of the year while driving both fan engagement and conversions.
